Most concierge services are run by assistants working from a list of clinics. Ours is run by a doctor, and that is rare in London.
When you tell us what you need, a doctor recognises straight away which specialty it belongs to, which consultants work in that area, what a clinic will ask for and which records the consultant will want to see before you arrive. The result is the right appointment, booked the first time, rather than a booking that has to be redone.
The same doctor stays with you afterwards, keeping track of what has been booked, chasing letters and making sure nothing falls between appointments.

The London Medical Office is a concierge and coordination service. Although our service is led by a doctor, we do not give medical advice, diagnose, prescribe or provide treatment. Our doctor's knowledge is used to understand your request and organise your care well.
All clinical advice and decisions come from the consultants and clinicians you see. If you are unwell or worried about your health, speak to a GP or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.

Send us your referral letter. We find suitable consultants in that specialty, book the appointment and send your letter and records ahead so the consultant has them before you arrive.
A shortlist,

Rather than handing you a list of names, we look at what matters for your request: the consultant's area of focus, where they practise, how soon they can see you, whether your insurance covers them and what suits your schedule.

All clinical advice, decisions and treatment come from the consultants, GPs and other clinicians you see, who are responsible for your care. Some scans and tests must be requested by a clinician; where that applies, the provider or a private GP makes the request.

Choosing an aesthetic practitioner usually comes down to reviews and social media, which say little about training or safety. Our doctor knows what to look for in a practitioner's background and which questions to ask a clinic.
We have no arrangement with any clinic, so our only interest is finding you someone good. Whether a treatment is right for you is a decision for you and the practitioner at consultation. Our part is making sure that consultation is with the right person.

We then arrange your consultation, along with transport and accommodation if you need them. Members also receive our doctor's regular updates on aesthetic developments, so you hear about new treatments with a clinician's perspective.
